"Lost trail is pretty sweet. Everyone I met was was there for a good time. Good vibes and no drama. A very family friendly mountain that I'll recommend endlessly. Went up New Years eve and it was busy but not crowded. Plenty of terrain open to fill the day. Lot's of space for every kind of skiier/boarder to play in. This year has been pretty slow on snow but we've got plenty of winter left in Montana! Pray for snow"

"Easy five stars. Lost Trail has been and will always be my all time favorite place to ski. This season i was up there a lot more and really got a grasp of what LT has to offer on their mountain. I started skiing there and i highly recommend it to any skill level. They truly have something for everyone. This year I finally got comfortable with LTs double blacks and let me tell you, they don’t let down (although..."

"As a season pass holder I just park and walk onto the lift with the new RFID system in place. If you're not a season pass holder you need to purchase an RFID card in person, on your first visit. But after that you can load the card at home and skip the ticket window process. Lost trail like most ski areas, is struggling during this low snow year, but they've done a lot of work grooming what they do..."

"This is top 5 ski area in my life!!!! Wasn't even that great snow wise..but wow! Big, lots of terrain variety, super isolated, friendly folks and cheap. This is the reason I never ever spend my money at FAIL resorts!!!!! Master class of ski areas! Lifts are old and slow, but if you're in a hurry here....you got problems. If you're going to Anaconda after....do not take hwy 43 to 569 in winter if you aren't in 4x4x4x4....scary bad! Will..."

"Locals are saying it is worse than normal snow. However, I enjoyed skiing Lost Trail Power for the first time for 2 days. Much better snow than all other ski resorts I skied this season so far. Everyone was so kind and friendly. Lady at the ticket booth, Dennis who skied 50 years here, Bob the Patrol, and a lady who skied with me to a right trail to exit, etc... I will definitely come back. Thanks Lost Trail Powder!"
